  1. I don't think most store brand peanut butter is healthy. Most popular brands are full of sugar and hydroginated fats. Where the protien in Peanut butter can be a decent amount, most people use serving sizes that are much too large and out weight the benefits.

  2. Peanut Butter is OH SO YUMMY!! It goes great on Apples, I am sure it is not super healthy cause anything that taste really good is usually bad for you! But it is better then a hamburger so eat up!!!

  3. well i think natural pb IS healthy 'cause of the good fats and the protein content on it..besides helps you with the cravings... Julio

  5. I think peanut butter is good for you if it is eaten in reasonable amounts. I put some on my bananna slices. Yum!

  6. My dear Ed, I have problems with my diet.
    You are a great example, I noticed your results quickly.
    I care my meals but I need a little more precision on the matter.
    I make meals 4 times a day, few carbs, low fat, lean protein
    There must be a formula for the amount of food in relation to height-weight-free mass. When I have so hungry I eat in large quantities. Can you teach me?
