The awaited dual between younger and older took place and you will never guess at the outcome!
The scene a gymnasium located in Southeastern Mexico know as the Yucatan. It is a jungle and it was time for some serious hand to hand combat. We brought out the "Big Guns" from Physical Ed's Muscle Academy. Who you ask? "Fearless Fernando Lizarraga 28", "Javier The Bear Osante 29", "Paul Tormentedor Trotter" Old" and "Physical Ed Older".... These four hombres gave their all over 3 days displaying their strength in the evening hour with a required four repetition minimum. Results you ask disqualifying myself be it known..........
I want to thank these guys as they were great sports and encouraged each other not discouraged each other. Some of us even hit are all time highs and others such as myself had to tuck our tails between our knees and limp out in the agony of defeat..... Only hoping for a rematch...hmmm maybe a month from now?
Fernando "Crushed" all in the plate loaded shoulder press.... all though Javier was not present......
Javier continued to rule in the chest press category... always willing to move more weight to stay a step ahead... but Fearless Fernando was a no show....
The Title of Mr. Overall Fuerte goes to Paul The Tormentador Trotter as he paced himself and out did us all over the 3 days......
