Women's Pizza Party......

Success and friendship was celebrated at the first "Physical Ed's Women's Pizza Party". Those attending filled there bellies with the finest of pizza including my favorite the "Moma Meatsa"
this greasy fat filler is sure to add kilo's to help move more kilo's as I say mass moves mass.....
So all of us agreed time to bulk it up at least for today so we can ("hypertrophy tomorrow). The event was great fun and chatter, elected was our next social director Roma as she will be selecting our next location.... any ideas shoot her a facebook message, or email her or myself. Truly I was the luckiest man on earth this day as I was the only male present with all of these wonderful women..........

She is a pleasure to work with and she is in her senior year at Modelo Univesity and a star soccer player. I am proud to claim her as friend and client. Mauricio is turning back the clock with each workout, he is youngster in his 60's and yet puts those younger into amazement as he pushes heavy weight during his workouts. He is an inspiration to me as I look at him as a person with perseverance and discipline. He has not only changed his physique but his lifestyle as well as personal confidence.

Rosie is dear to my heart she reminds me of the the strongest women I have ever met, my wife, and mother, and shares my daughters married name Perez. She is inspired like no other and she is success without any help at all. She possesses the will to make lifestyle changes and make them stick. Her enchanting smile during difficult workouts lets me know she is headed in the right direction with vision and confidence.
