Mauricio is turning back the clock with each workout, he is youngster in his 60's and yet puts those younger into amazement as he pushes heavy weight during his workouts. He is an inspiration to me as I look at him as a person with perseverance and discipline. He has not only changed his physique but his lifestyle as well as personal confidence.

Rosie is dear to my heart she reminds me of the the strongest women I have ever met, my wife, and mother, and shares my daughters married name Perez. She is inspired like no other and she is success without any help at all. She possesses the will to make lifestyle changes and make them stick. Her enchanting smile during difficult workouts lets me know she is headed in the right direction with vision and confidence.
